Ken-Ducky Derby Annual Luncheon
Yesterday we were honored to be a part of Harbor House of Louisville's Annual Luncheon! It was a full house, filled with smiles, happy tears and great support for the good work Harbor House is doing in our community.
It was a beautiful day and the room quickly filled. Over 400 people gathered in The Henry Clay Ballroom for a simple and delicious lunch, invited by their friends, co-workers, and family. The room itself had so much charm that we just added a touch of decor, most notable were handprints that the participants from Harbor House created and decorated themselves.
For a fundraising luncheon like this to be successful you have to think from beginning to end how to emotionally connect with the guests. The program was short, yet powerful and inspiring. There was even a standing ovation for one of the participants who surprised us all with a song on stage.
We couldn't have been more pleased with the look and feel of the luncheon, and for the amazing support that was shown to Harbor House of Louisville that afternoon. Checkout some photos of our setup.
